如今更胜男儿
蔡畅同志在一篇报告《一个女人能干什么》当中讲到，一个女人“干，什么也能干；不干，什么也不能干”。的确，妇女并非天生懦弱、生来愚笨，只要她们奋发努力、敢于拼搏，同样能像男子汉一样屹立于天地间，成就一番大事业。从古至今，自强精神一直鼓舞着中国广大妇女勇攀事业高峰。特别是在当今社会、在祖国建设和发展过程中，妇女同胞们起到了非常重要的作用，她们在各行各业中大显身手，不断追求成功，实现了自己的人生价值。东胜区粮食局的巾帼英雄们就是当今中国妇女的典型代表。
区粮食局共有女职工11名，占全局职工人数的61%。自粮食局2008年成立以来，她们严守岗位职责，勤奋敬业，无私奉献，在平凡的岗位上创造出不平凡的业绩。
在2011年的东胜区旧城改造过程中，粮食局共抽调7名干部，其中5名女同志。由于拆迁工作的特殊性，她们只有在别人休息的时候才能开展工作，加班加点是家常便饭，周末和节假日只是一种奢望，伴随着她们的只有老人埋怨、丈夫生气、孩子叫苦，但这些女同志们硬是克服了家庭和生活上的困难，在旧城改造工作中起到了至关重要的作用，使粮食局工作进展名列前茅。在创卫工作中，粮
1食局作为督查组，认真开展各项工作，其中女同志们也作出了重要贡献，最终该局被评为“创建国家卫生城市先进单位”，并有1名女同志被评为“创建国家卫生城市先进个人”。在创城工作中，粮食局同样是作为督查组重要成员单位，承担了非常繁重的工作任务，女同志们又一次跑在了最前头。她们不怕脏，不怕累，早出晚归，冲在酷暑，还要不停地同商户及有关部门就整改问题进行协商；可以说，大家齐心协力，各个都发挥了钉子般的精神，最终圆满完成了创城任务，该局被授予“东胜区创建全国文明城市优秀督查组”荣誉称号，其中1名女同志
当选“东胜区创建全国文明城市先进个人”。应该说，正是因为有了她们，东胜局粮食局已经成为一支“特别能战斗、特别能吃苦、特别出成果”的队伍。
这些女同志们在完成日常工作的同时，不忘加强政治理论学习。她们坚持以科学理论武装头脑，认真学习领悟党的十七大精神，深入贯彻落实邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观。党支部组织大家认真学习了十七大报告和新党章，着重讨论了科学发展观在新时期的重要性，广大女同志也在讨论中踊跃发言，结合自身的工作生活，提出了很多深刻的见解，机关思想政治建设和执政能力建设水平显著提升。
2在局领导的大力支持下，粮食局还经常开展形式多样的活动，妇女同志们是活动的主体和生力军。她们通过自己的努力，不仅丰富了广大职工的文化生活，而且使大家从紧张繁忙的工作中得到精神上的放松和享受，进一步提高了工作热情和效率。
粮食局的女同志们，不仅在业务上各个都是一把好手，而且还拥有一颗颗美丽善良的心。在每一次的“捐款献爱心”活动和“博爱一日捐”活动中，她们都踊跃地向需要帮助的人们奉献出自己的爱心。每当这些时候，女同胞们表现出的慷慨却与平时工作中的节俭作风形成鲜明对比。作废的纸张，大家总是积攒起来再次利用；硒鼓反复使用，直到无法打印为止；随手关灯、注意节水更是不足为奇，这些点点滴滴的小事无不彰显出大家关心集体、爱护环境的高尚情操。
粮食局的女同志们都为自己能处于这样一个先进的集体感到无尚光荣，内心也常常被一种温暖而感动。每当有女职工过生日，同事们都会送上最真挚的祝福；当女同志生病时，大家都会献上深切的关怀；每逢三八妇女节，所有男同胞们都会向女同事们致以节日的问候，并主动承担她们的工作，使她们有时间参加三八节活动。在这样一个机关里，有亲如家人的同事，有平易近人的领导；身处

“权利平等，机会均等：共享进步”

联合国的全球使命是人人享有平等权利和尊严，实现男女平等和赋予妇女权力是这一使命的根本。正如创建联合国的《宪章》以及《世界人权宣言》所昭示，此事涉及基本人权，也是联合国的本质特征之一。
妇女和女孩享受平等也是一个必不可少的经济和社会要素。除非妇女和女孩摆脱贫穷和不公，否则，我们的所有目标——和平、安全、可持续发展——都会受到损害。
15年前，在第四次妇女问题世界会议上，各国政府承诺为造福世界各地所有妇女而推进平等、发展与和平。具有标志性的《北京宣言》产生了广泛而深刻的影响，为制定政策提供了指南，也为制定新的国家法律提供了动力，同时还向世界各地的妇女和女孩发出了一个明确的信息：平等和机会是她们不可剥夺的权利。
关于所取得进展的实例有许许多多，这主要仰仗民间社会组织的坚定努力。现在，多数女孩可以接受教育，尤其是初等教育，更多的妇女更有可能经营生意或担任公职。越来越多的国家出台了支持性健康和生殖健康、促进男女平等的法律。
尽管如此，仍有大量工作要做。孕妇死亡率仍然高居不下，令人无法接受；可获得计划生育服务的妇女仍然寥寥无几；暴力侵害妇女行为仍遍及全球，令人蒙羞。尤其是，冲突期间的性暴力行为非常普遍。去年，安全理事会就这一问题通过了两项强有力的决议，另外，我刚刚任命一位特别代表，负责动员国际社会打击这些犯罪行为。我
提出的“联合起来制止暴力侵害妇女行为”的运动和最近发起的“男性领导人网络”是为了加强全球宣传工作。
过去15年给我们的一项重要经验是：解决更为广泛的歧视和不公行为至关重要。关于性别的陈规观念和性别歧视在各文化和族群之中仍普遍存在。早婚和逼婚、所谓的‘名誉杀人’、性暴力及贩运年轻妇女和女孩的行为盛行不止，在某些地区甚至有增无减，令人不安。不论是透过贫穷的镜片，还是在灾难时期，我们都看到妇女承受的负担最重。
-2-还有一项经验是联合国必须以身作则。我们强调妇女是实现和平与安全的核心力量，正设法在维和行动中部署更多的女军人和女警官。在联合国担任高级岗位的女性达到历史最高水平，我们希望不久会在联合国系统内建立一个充满活力的综合性实体，为促进男女平等和赋予妇女权力拟订更加协调一致的方案，发出更强有力的声音。我敦促大会毫不拖延地创建这一新的实体。
《北京宣言》自通过以来重要性持久不衰。千年发展目标的第三项目标——实现男女平等并赋予妇女权力——是其他各项目标的核心之所在。如果妇女被剥夺了自我完善和完善社会的机会，则人人皆输。值此国际妇女节之际，让我们认真审视过去15年所取得的成就，发扬成绩，改正不足。让我们继续坚定信心，努力建设一个人人权利平等、机会均等并共享进步的美好未来！

添花。
妇女节是我的精神支柱，刚过年我就想着“三八”节搞活动，因为搞活动这条街好兴旺，搞活动我们好高兴，希望各位街坊搞好团结，你帮下我我帮下你，建设兴旺路成文明小区。
